CHEESY CHICKEN SPAGHETTI
1 (7-ounce) package thin spaghetti
1 pound pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
4 cups cubed cooked chicken
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. While spaghetti cooks, combine cheese and the canned tomatoes and green chilies in a large bowl. Microwave on high 5 minutes; stir, and microwave on high 3 minutes more. Add chicken; microwave 30-45 seconds, or until chicken is heated through. Drain spaghetti. Add to cheese mixture, tossing to blend well. Makes 4-6 servings.
