PEPPERED PORK CHOPS

Ingredients

4 (1/2- to 3/4-inch-thick) boneless pork chops
Black pepper
Dried thyme
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Sprinkle chops generously on both sides with pepper and thyme. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chops; cook to brown on one side, about 3 minutes. Turn and brown on the other side, about 3 minutes. Remove chops from skillet. With skillet off the heat, slowly add Worcestershire sauce to skillet, stirring constantly to remove pan juices cooked to bottom. Pour accumulated juices over chops; serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
