3 eggs, beaten well
1 /4 cup plain flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1-1/2 cups grated mild Cheddar chesse
1 (16-ounce) can whole-kernel corn, drained
1 (16-ounce) can cream-style corn
Combine eggs, flour and sugar; mix well. Add cheese and both cans of corn, stirring to blend well. Pour into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
