Ingredients
1 (16-ounce) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased 10-inch casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Makes 6 servings.
