2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
20-22 vanilla wafers
1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling
Cream together the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until smooth. Place 20-24 foil baking cups on a cookie sheet. Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each cup. Fill each cup half full with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool completely. Spoon cherry pie filling over each cheesecake.
