SUPER SUNDAE ICE CREAM PIE
2 pints vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
1 graham cracker piecrust
Topping (chocolate syrup, whipped topping, chopped nuts, banana slices and maraschino cherries)
In a mixing bowl, stir ice cream until smooth. Spoon into piecrust. Cover, and freeze several hours, until hard. To serve, let stand at room temperature 10 minutes. Slice; drizzle chocolate syrup over each slice. Garnish each slice with additional toppings as desired.
