1 bunch fresh broccoli, chopped
12 ounces medium Cheddar cheese, diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
In a glass bowl, combine broccoli, cheese, garlic powder and garlic salt, tossing together well. In a small bowl, blend together the mayonnaise and sour cream. Fold into broccoli mixture, blending well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. (Note: Mayonnaise and sour cream may be adjusted to taste; use equal parts of each.) Makes 10-12 servings.
