PEPPERONI SPAGHETTI

Ingredients

1 cup (4 ounces) sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green pepper strips
1 (7-ounce) package thin spaghetti, cooked and drained
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup peeled, chopped tomato
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Preparation

In a large skillet or Dutch oven, over medium heat, cook pepperoni until edges curl. Add onion and green pepper; cook until vegetables are crisp-tender. In a large bowl, toss together the spaghetti, cheeses, tomato and oregano. Add to pepperoni mixture, blending well. Heat through. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired. Makes 4-6 servings.
