PORK TENDERLOIN
Ingredients
1 (1 1/2- to 2-pound) package pork tenderloin
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
Ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
Place tenderloin on large sheet of aluminum foil. Rub soy sauce into meat. Sprinkle black pepper to taste over meat. Wrap foil tightly around meat. Place in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 1/2-3 hours, or until meat thermometer inserted in tenderloin registers 160 degrees. Makes 6-8 servings.
