CATFISH CASSEROLE
Ingredients
2 pounds catfish fillets
1/2 pound mild cheddar cheese, grated
1 (single serving) bag potato chips
Ranch dressing
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat fillets with dressing and place in casserole dish. Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle grated cheese over fish. Crumble chips and sprinkle over cheese. Cook for 5 minutes. –Ralph Martin, Wilcox County
