GRILLED CATFISH SALAD

Ingredients

Grilled catfish, recipe follows
1 head lettuce, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 red delicious apple, chopped
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup grated onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Pinch of garlic powder
Salt and pepper

Preparation

In a large bowl, place chopped lettuce, celery and apple. Stir in raisins and onion. Mix milk with mayonnaise and pour over salad. Season with spices. Toss with catfish pieces.
