Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds catfish fillets
3/4 cup margarine, melted
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt

Preparation

Mix margarine, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Dip fillets in mixture. Grill until done, adding salt to taste. Break fillets into pieces and cool 10 to 15 minutes in refrigerator before adding to salad. –Dr. John Jensen, Auburn University Fisheries Dept.
