KYSER BARBECUE CATFISH

Ingredients

8 catfish fillets
Vegetable cooking spray
Oil
Sauce, recipe follows

Preparation

Spray fish/hamburger basket grill well with vegetable spray. Dip catfish in oil and place on one side of grill. Close grill basket. Cook over grill, turning and basting until golden brown.
