TARTER SAUCE A’ LA SPREE

Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
4 large whole dill pickles, grated
1 cup mayonnaise
Salt, pepper and garlic powder

Preparation

In a small bowl, finely chop onion with a knife and grate pickles. Add mayonnaise (use store brand to avoid sweet taste). Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Serve with fried or blackened catfish. Also super on ham and chicken sandwiches. –Judy Spree, Greene County
