Ingredients
1 rabbit, whole
Rabbit Marinade, recipe follows
Flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Marinade rabbit for 2 days in refrigerator. Cut up, reserving flanks for Grilled Rabbit (recipe follows). Mix flour, salt and pepper. Dredge rabbit in flour mixture to coat. Fry in hot oil, 5-6 minutes for small pieces, 10-15 for large pieces.
