Grilled Wild Turkey

Ingredients

1 turkey, whole
Worcestershire sauce, optional
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 cup white wine
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash

Preparation

Rub turkey with Worcestershire if desired. Mix salt, pepper and chili powder. Rub inside and outside of bird with spice mixture. Mix wine, Worcestershire sauce and Mrs. Dash. Pour wine mixture into upright basting tube (or empty soda can). Invert bird onto basting tube or can. Grill at 300-350 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hours.
