Ingredients

2 tablespoons flour
Reserved broth from giblets plus reserved turkey broth to equal about 3 cups liquid
6-8 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Chopped giblets
Pepper to taste

Preparation

In a cup, combine flour with a small amount of the broth, stirring until smooth. Place remaining broth in a saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Add flour mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until gravy thickens. Stir in eggs, giblets (if desired) and pepper. Serve warm with turkey and dressing. –Martha (Mrs. James) Newby
