Ingredients
3 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
6 tablespoons sugar
Preparation
Bring egg whites to room temperature. In a mixing bowl combine egg whites, vanilla, and cream of tartar. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed about 1 minute or until soft peaks form.
