SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

Ingredients

4 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
Topping, recipe follows

Preparation

Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla. Place in a lightly greased 9-inch-square dish. Sprinkle with Topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
