TORTILLA CRISPS

Ingredients

1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
10 (8-inch) flour tortillas

Preparation

Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Brush tortillas with water, then sprinkle with sugar mixture. Place on foil-lined baking sheets and bake at 500 degrees for 3-4 minutes. (NOTE: You may spray tortillas with non-stick cooking spray, sprinkle with sugar mixture and broil under preheated broiler 5-10 seconds, watching carefully to avoid burning.) Cut into wedges to serve.
