‘Tis the season–deer season, turkey season and duck season. That’s right, it’s that time of year when hunters are harvesting a variety of wild game, and Alabama cooks are discovering delicious new ways to prepare it.
A few months ago, Neighbors asked for your contributions to our wild game edition of “The Country Kitchen,” and your response was fantastic. Unfortunately, we were unable to use all the recipes you sent us. Still, we appreciate everyone who contributed.
